Turki Aljadani is a software engineer, entrepreneur, and tech founder based in Riyadh. With over a decade of hands-on experience in software development, he has dedicated his career to building products, leading technical teams, and helping others navigate the challenges of turning ideas into working software.
Turki’s path into technology began with an unconventional decision. He left medical school at King AbdulAziz University in Jeddah to pursue his passion for computer science — a move that required four years of intensive self-taught learning before he had the skills to build a company on his own.
What followed was a series of ventures that shaped his approach to entrepreneurship. His first startup failed. His second attempt did not survive either. A third venture ended in a dispute with a co-founder, forcing him to walk away and start over. Undeterred, Turki founded The Inspiring Vision (TIV), a technical services company that quickly earned the trust of its clients and was later recognized by Arab News as their “Startup of the Week.” After two years at TIV, he moved on to co-found a fourth startup, where he spent another two years before exiting. He then channeled a decade’s worth of lessons into his current venture, Avrio — a healthcare technology startup focused on solving real operational challenges for clinics and healthcare providers across Saudi Arabia.
Five startups. Multiple setbacks. Over ten years of building. Each chapter reinforced the same principles that define Turki’s work today: clarity in communication, accountability in delivery, and a relentless focus on solving real problems through software.
Beyond his commercial work, Turki is committed to giving back to the tech community. He provides free technical consultations to individuals and startups as a non-profit initiative — offering guidance on technical strategy, product architecture, and startup development to anyone who needs it, at no cost.
